Ron Santora
brings a broad based wealth of experience to
the representation of the clients of the
firm. clients. Over the past twenty-five
years he has represented consumer debtors,
business debtors, creditors, landlords and
asset purchasers in all chapters of
bankruptcy cases as well as creditor
committees and trustees.
During this same
period of time he has practiced extensively
in the area of commercial transactions and
has participated in many of the largest
commercial transactions in the region. This
unique combination of experience permits
Attorney Santora to extend to the clients of
the firm the most knowledgeable and
confident representation possible across the
spectrum of commercial matters.
Ron was born and
lives in the Wyoming Valley and has a vested
long term interest in his community. After
local education in high school he graduated
from King's College in
Wilkes-Barre with honors and a
superior class rank. Upon his graduation he
attended Case Western Reserve University
School of Law in
Cleveland, Ohio where he was awarded
his J.D. degree in 1981.
Attorney Santora
is admitted to the Pennsylvania Supreme
Court, United States District Court for the
Middle District of Pennsylvania and the
Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a
past secretary and board member of the
Middle District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy
Bar Association. He is a court certified
mediator and has accepted numerous court
assignments in that capacity.
In keeping with
his civic responsibilities Attorney Santora
has served as a member of the board of
directors for Leadership,
Wilkes-Barre for more than six years;
as a board member for Habitat for Humanity;
board member for Back Mountain Youth Soccer
from 2003; an assistant scout master for
Troop 281, Cubmaster Pack 281, Boy Scouts of
America as well as coaching in youth soccer
and baseball little leagues. Ron brings the
same level of commitment, responsibility and
dedication to his clients as he has in every
aspect of his life. It is that devotion
which assures that his clients will receive
the most effective and efficient
representation for their matters entrusted
to him.
